Backorders Policy
Kindly only join the backorder if you're comfortable with the wait. We will try our best to get the stocks dispatched at the fastest.

The dates stated are based on estimation— subject to any unforeseen delays. We will try our best to fulfil all orders as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
Should the item you have placed a backorder for, has arrived and you have yet to receive any confirmation, kindly check if the order is made with other backorder item/s, hence, the package has been on hold.
In the event you have both available items and backorder items in your order, both items will only be dispatched after the backorder item has arrived. Should you wish to have the available items mailed to you first, do write in to customer@julyfashion.my for your request
