DELIVERY


We are offering free local delivery for all orders above RM 200.

For West Malaysia orders below RM 200, shipping fee is RM 10.
For East Malaysia orders below RM 380, shipping fee is RM 15.

Deliveries usually take 1 – 2 working days for Malaysia and 3 – 15 working days for International order after the order is dispatched and will be delivered by a courier. Under exceptional circumstances orders may take longer than the published timings to be delivered.

RETURNS POLICY 

Postage charges will be borne by customers, and normal mail parcels will not be accepted.

i) Please fill up the Return Form here.
ii) Once confirmed, we will email you a Return Confirmation Document and your Packing Slip.
iii) You need to print the Return Confirmation Document & Packing Slip and put it inside your parcel before courier it back to us.
iv) Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect the returned item(s) in new/good/unworn/unwashed conditions. Should we find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, item will be sent back and all postage costs will be borne by the customer.
v) The refund process may take up to 14 working days once our team received your returned parcel. We will inform you if the return is eligible for a refund.
vi) The refunds will be credited to you in the form of our online Store Credit. The Store Credit can be spent for your next purchase at julyfashion.my.

Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on swimwear, jewelry, hair accessories, hats and bodysuits.

Items should be returned within 30 days in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please also print out the Return Confirmation Document and include it upon your return.

Should you opt for a self-return arrangement that is not arranged through us, we will not bear any responsibility for the loss and damage of the goods shipped to us.

Orders cannot be returned to any local store. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice.

If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, the promotion will no longer apply when partial returns are made. The refunded amount will exclude that of the promotional amount. Delivery fee is non-refundable.

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Products that have been personalised for you, including items that have been tailored or altered will not be accepted as returns. We are unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Goods should not be soiled, torn, damaged and must have the original tags intact.

If it is the case of an incorrect or defective item sent, we apologize for it. Please inform us by taking a snapshot of the defective area/item and send it to us via email at return@julyfashion.my before we request for the item to be mailed back.
