What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, FPX Online Banking, E-Wallet and ShopBack PayLater.
How do I make payment?

Please make payment immediately using your selected payment method. Ensure not to go back to the previous page or refresh the page.

Why was my order cancelled?

There are a few reasons why this could have happened. 

  1. Your connection may have dropped while making payment 
  2. Your card may have been rejected 
  3. There was a session timeout 

If your order is cancelled but payment was made, email us at customer@julyfashion.my with a screenshot of the payment transaction. We would love to assist you from there! 
Which currency will be charged for international orders?

All orders on our website are charged in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
