Delivery

What are the delivery charges?

We are offering free local delivery for all orders above RM 200.

For West Malaysia orders below RM 200, shipping fee is RM 10
For East Malaysia orders below RM 200, shipping fee is RM 15

How long will my delivery take?

Deliveries usually take 1 – 2 working days for Malaysia and 3 – 15 working days for International order after the order is dispatched and will be delivered by a courier. Under exceptional circumstances orders may take longer than the published timings to be delivered.

Can you send my order without an invoice?

We are not able to dispatch orders without an invoice.

Can I have my order delivered to a business address?

You can choose to have your order delivered to a business address. However, please be aware that we are unable to accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to the parcel once the delivery has been made.

Why haven't I received any confirmation emails?

All notification emails are sent to the email address that has been used to place the order, if the email address was entered incorrectly you will not receive the email. Please also make sure to check your spam folders of the email address.

Why haven't I received my order?

You will have had an estimated delivery date at the checkout and an order confirmation email to reflect this. If there has been no movement in your tracking for 15 days, please contact us.

Change My Order

Can I exchange my order?

No exchange is allowed currently, if you are unhappy with your order you can return within 30 days. Please refer to our return policy here.

Can I have my order delivered to another country?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

We are unable to change the delivery address on orders once the checkout process has been completed unless the order in pending phase with the latest updates from customer service. Please check your order carefully before clicking 'buy now'.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel orders once the checkout process has been completed unless the order in pending phase with the latest updates from customer service. Please check your order carefully before clicking 'buy now'. You are able to return an item within 30 days for a full refund. Please refer to our return policy here.

Can I change my order?

We are unable to change orders once the checkout process has been completed. Please check your order carefully before clicking 'buy now'. You are able to return an item within 30 days for a full refund. Delivery fee is non-refundable. Please refer to our return policy here.

Why does nothing happen when I click 'buy now'?

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Credit Card, FPX Online Banking, E-Wallet and ShopBack PayLater.

Where can I find a size guide?

You can find our size guide on each product description page under the 'Size Chart’ tab.

Will this item come back into stock?

We are unable to provide exact dates for if or when an item will be restocked in store or online.

Store Policies

Can I return my order to a local store?

No, all online orders cannot be returned/exchanged in-stores and self-drop-offs at our warehouse are not allowed.

What can I do if I am not happy with a store purchase?

If you are unhappy with a purchase you have made from one of our stores, you can return it to any of our stores with a valid proof of purchase for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

What is your store returns policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on swimwear, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, and bodysuits. Items must be returned within 30 days in their original packaging with any documentation. Include the Return Confirmation Document. We are not responsible for loss or damage of self-returned items. Orders cannot be returned to local stores and must include an invoice.

Promotional discounts with minimum purchase requirements will not apply if partial returns are made. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Take care of goods in your possession. Avoid make-up, perfume, or deodorant when trying on items. Personalized, tailored, or altered items will not be accepted. Goods must be unsoiled, undamaged, and have original tags intact.

For incorrect or defective items, email a snapshot to return@julyfashion.my before returning the item. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Ensure all returns meet our policy. Items not meeting conditions will not be accepted, and a top-up payment for redelivery will be required.

How do i join as a member?
