How much does shipping cost in Malaysia?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within Malaysia on all purchases over RM100 . Below is the shipping chart:

SINGAPORE customer will receive FREE SHIPPING when the purchase amount is exceed RM200

How fast will my order ship?
We will ship most of our orders within 24 hours of purchase from our Kuala Lumpur warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, estimate delivery days around 1-3 days. No shipment during weekend or public holidays period.
Can I collect them myself at outlets? ( Temporarily not available )
A: Yes! You can choose to collect your parcels at your JULY ( Ipoh branch only)
How To Collect (Available Malaysia-wide)
Step 1: Shop as usual and before checkout on the 'MY CART' page, select “STORE PICKUP”.
Step 2: Select your nearest location from the list given to collect your parcel from.
Step 3: Complete checkout and payment as usual. No additional fee is charged for self pick up at our stores.
Step 4: You will be notified when the parcel is shipped out and when it has arrived at your selected location.
Step 5: Collect your parcel from your selected location. Your parcel will be held for 7 days upon arrival.
When will I receive my parcel?
A: For Malaysia and Singapore orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays:
- Malaysia --> Within the next working day
- Outside Malaysia, including Singapore --> Within the next 2-3 working days
For International orders --> Approximately 3 -15 working days with registered air mail.
*Sometimes might be delayed due to customs clearance issues. We will contact you for latest updates if there is any issues.
Where can I find my tracking number?
A: We will send you email notification with the tracking information and you can trace your order from our tracking page. Do check your spam box or “Promotions” folder if you are using a Gmail account.
What is your return/exchange policy?
In view of circumstances around Covid-19, our returns policy will be extended from 14 days to 30 days from date of delivery/collection during this period.
Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return / exchange of the item.
We DO NOT accept cash refund.
Please note that we do not accept cash refund but exchange with store credits.
Returns must reach us within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number
Store Credit will be added into your account within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.
Returned items must have not been worn, altered, or washed. All swimwear, jewelry, hair accessories, hats and bodysuits are final sale.
Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!
After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned items.
We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.
All back order items placed can’t be cancel and are not refundable or exchangeable.
Returns color/size )either one can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
We provide easy returns but do note that the cost of returns will be your responsibility.
If it is the case of incorrect / defective item sent; we apologies for it. Please inform us by taking a snapshot of the defective area / item and send it to us via email email@example.com before we request for the item to be mailed back.
Customer should bear full responsibility in ensuring that the parcel is mailed back and sealed properly in original packaging. We strongly encourage customers to send it back via registered mail or get a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office.
JULY Fashion Studio will not be responsible for any lost mails in connection to such returns / exchanges.
In the event that the item you originally purchased has sold out, a store credit will be refunded (only applicable for inaccurate measurement / incorrect / defective item) . Valid for 30 days from the issue date and you can redeem only when you do purchase from our website only.
Should we find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, item will be sent back and all postage costs will be borne by the customer.
We're unable to accept your return once it has been washed. Please check your item upon receipt.
How do I return an item?
Just follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form included in your package. Securely pack and seal the items and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the address below.

Color of products may varies 10-20% due to studio lighting and editing.
There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material.
For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
In relation to the the case where the item is not defective, postage to have the item sent back to us will not be refunded and customer will be required to top up to have the item returned.
Store credit discount code can only be used once, not applicable for another return and exchange, or with any further discounts/Points redemption.Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.
